  • Lead strategic business development initiatives to expand our client portfolio and drive revenue growth within our guarding space.
  • Develop and execute innovative sales strategies to capitalize on market trends and identify new business opportunities.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align business objectives and drive successful outcomes.

Preferred Requirements:

  • Demonstrated experience in achieving and exceeding sales targets ideally within the service sector.
  • Proven ability to build and maintain strong client relationships at all levels.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills with a customer-centric approach.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities to drive data-driven business decisions.
  • Proficiency in CRM software and other sales enablement tools.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
  • Relevant sales or business development certifications are a plus.
  • MBA or equivalent advanced degree preferred.
