We are seeking a proactive Business Development Specialist with a strong background in web3/crypto and finance. This transversal role will involve working across multiple areas, reporting directly to the Business Development Manager. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in business development or sales roles, with a focus on attracting and negotiating with crypto projects for token listing and fund-raising initiatives as well as partnering with KOLs and medias.
It is required for the candidate to be fluent in both German and English and to reside in either in Berlin or Zurich

Responsibilities:

  • Relationship Management: Develop and maintain strong relationships with key opinion leaders (KOLs) and expand our network across Europe. Leverage any existing network to benefit SwissBorg’s strategic goals.
  • Token Listings: Identify, meet, and attract projects to list their tokens on the SwissBorg app. Lead negotiations and proactively seek solutions to ensure successful listings.
  • Fundraising Collaboration: Engage with crypto projects that are raising funds, promoting our flagship product, Alpha. Help projects attract long-term investors who are committed to their success while providing our users with attractive investment opportunities.
  • Strategic Growth: Contribute to the strategic growth of SwissBorg by identifying and pursuing new business opportunities within the web3 and financial sectors.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including marketing, product development, and customer support, to ensure alignment and drive business objectives.
  • Market Analysis: proactively identify and share trends, emerging opportunities, and competitive landscape within the web3 and finance industries.
  • Reporting: Provide regular reports and updates to management on business development activities, progress, and results.
