  • Experience with one or more Intelligent Automation tools: UiPath/RPA, Microsoft Power Apps, Microsoft Power Automate, Alfresco Lightweight Workflow, Microsoft Power BI
  • Business Command Center and Automation Success Management Experience.
  • Influencing Skills - Proven ability as an effective communicator in virtual matrixed environments. Proven ability to take complex business and technology problems and bring teams to consensus through collaborative architecture and design.
  • Strategic Thinking and Implementation - Thinks strategically about business problems, breaks down problems and presents solutions while evaluating the pros and cons of each option. Develops and implements creative solutions to business problems.
  • Financial Services Experience - The ideal candidate should have experience working within large Financial Services companies and across a variety of business lines, in particular within Wholesale Operations and Consumer Operations.

Responsibilities:

Wells Fargo is seeking a Senior Business Execution Consultant in COO as a part of Intelligent Automation team. This vital role will be responsible to evolve and expand automation portfolio and capabilities to meet our strategic objectives. The ideal candidate had robust experience of automation tools and leading Cross-LOB initiatives.

In this role, you will:

  • Lead support functions or operations for multiple business groups and contribute to large scale strategic initiatives
  • Ensure efficiency, quality, cost effectiveness of solutions, and pipeline management relating to assigned operations
  • Research moderately complex business, operational, and strategic initiatives that require analytical skills, basic knowledge of organizational strategy and Business Execution, and understanding of international business
  • Work independently to make recommendations for support function by providing support and leadership
  • Assist in the planning and execution of a variety of programs and initiatives that may include risk mitigation, efficiency, and customer experience
  • Collaborate and consult with team leaders in developing project plans, policies and procedures
  • Provide leadership in management of relationships and implementation of programs, services, and initiatives with cross functional business partners
  • Provide Business production support
