Responsibilities:

Wells Fargo is seeking a Senior Lead Business Execution Consultant. The Strategic Initiatives Leader will report directly to the Head of Commercial Real Estate & Syndicated Lending Operations within Commercial Banking Operations.

In this role, you will:

  • Work across the organization on the development and delivery of strategic objectives and process improvements
  • Coordinate and manage large cross-business, cross-operations initiatives
  • Coordinate on productivity/efficiency plans
  • Partner with Commercial Banking Operations leaders on best practices
  • Monitor the health of operations/service level agreements
  • Provide leadership for process simplification across organization
  • Act as liaison with LOB’s including leading quarterly LOB/Ops meetings; participation in LOB staff/organizational meetings as needed; assist in identifying/managing work movement into operations team
  • Perform Global Delivery oversight/coordination of work movements, risk concentration monitoring
