Description:
Responsibilities:
- Lead the Annual target setting process representing APD, work with Global, Industry team, provide summary, insights and updates to the APD team.
- Lead strategic consulting projects.
- Design and develop analytical tools, provide business insights to enable team efficiencies and strengthen governance processes (e.g. Digital dashboards, PR, PINS, ARO, Active customers online).
- Provide leadership team with actionable insights to enhance service growth, focusing on Tier 1 metrics and key enablers.
- Synthesize data to highlight critical areas for improvement and recommendations.
- Create and deliver in-depth presentations and briefing materials for executive reviews [Quarterly Business Reviews (QBR), Executive Office Reviews (EOR)] to facilitate strategic discussions and effective decision-making.
- Drive collaboration on key strategic discussions through APD Strategy Forums, ensure alignment across APD
