Job Description

WHAT YOU’LL BRING ( EXPERIENCE & QUALIFICATIONS)

• 3+ years of relevant experience as a BI Analyst, Data Analyst or similar role.
• Proficiency in SQL, dbt and GIT.
• Hands-on experience with using BI tools, ideally Tableau. Familiarity with Visualization Best Practices.
• Exposure to Python for data analysis (e.g. pandas).
• Strong communication skills with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Solid project & stakeholder management skills. Ability to provide guidance, steering, and recommendations based on your data-driven research and expertise.
• Drive, energy, and desire to work in a start-up environment to advance access to renewable energy for everyone.

• Learn the intricacies of the operations process required to transition households to renewable energy. Review corresponding KPIs, reassess, and utilize them as drivers for improvements in close collaboration with senior managers and the COO.
• Establish a highly data-informed operations team by fostering the development and education of individuals in utilizing self-service-friendly tables within the data warehouse and Tableau dashboards for daily monitoring and decision-making in a high-paced environment.
• Consult and support in decision making managers of our digital and physical products during design, development, and go-live phases to ensure high customer satisfaction, adoption, and efficiency of our solutions.
• Develop and own your own project backlog, ensure its adequate prioritization and high transparency to stakeholders and colleagues.
• Learn from and contribute to our community of data and BI practitioners who leverage modern data stack (Snowflake, DBT, Tableau, Streamlit) and consulting-grade methods for bringing value to the business.
