QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE
- CIPD Level 5 or above (essential)
- Demonstrable experience in a human resources generalist or business partner role, preferably in a dynamic environment.
- Strong knowledge and understanding of the human resources principles, practices, and legal frameworks.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and influencing skills, with the ability to build rapport and trust with people at all levels.
- Proactive, flexible, and adaptable, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and projects in a changing environment.
- Strategic, analytical, and problem-solving mindset, with the ability to translate data into actionable insights and solutions.
- Passionate, creative, and innovative, with the ability to drive positive change and inspire others.
- Team player, able to collaborate effectively with other functions.
- Can demonstrate and is interested in continuous professional development
- Strong business acumen and commercial awareness
- Knowledge of European and international employment law (Poland, US, Japan and South American Countries) (desirable)

As a Business or Senior Business Partner, you will be part of the People & Culture team, which supports our company’s strategic and operational needs. You will act as a trusted advisor and partner to leaders and employees, providing guidance and solutions on a range of people and culture topics, such as; organisational culture, talent acquisition, employee engagement, performance management, learning and development, rewards and benefits, diversity and inclusion. You will collaborate across Lhasa to ensure a seamless and holistic employee experience aligned to our culture.
MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES
- Proactively partner with the leaders and line managers to understand their business objectives, challenges, and opportunities, and align the people and culture strategy accordingly.
- Anticipate opportunities and challenges, proactively provide support to colleagues and line managers to achieve successful outcomes
- Provide coaching and feedback to line managers on their leadership skills, team dynamics, and people management practices.
- Facilitate and support the performance management and talent development processes, including goal setting, performance reviews, career conversations, succession planning, and talent mobility.
- Drive and implement initiatives to enhance employee engagement, retention, and recognition through surveys, feedback sessions, recognition programmes, and events.
- Drive and implement efficiency and improvements across the P&C function, including the use of AI where appropriate.
- Foster a culture of diversity and inclusion.
- Analyse and interpret people data and metrics, including but not limited to our HR software and internal surveys to provide insights and recommendations to senior leaders on how to improve the people and culture outcomes.
- Manage and resolve complex employee relations issues ensuring compliance with company policies and applicable laws and regulations.
- Stay updated on the best practices and trends in the people and culture field sharing your knowledge and expertise with the team and the business.
