Description:

KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES

  • Working with our Business to analyse complex As Is processes, re-engineering /re-designing and subsequently creating operationally efficient To Be business processes & operating models.
  • Utilising knowledge of where and how traditional processes and business performance can be improved through streamlining, standardisation & simplification, and/or enhanced for digital and automation purposes.
  • Working with our Business to translate corporate business strategies and goals into operational improvement opportunities, ensuring that all levels of management understand & support them to actively drive improvement and transformation in their functional areas.
  • Championing the use of our process knowledge repository across the business to help drive consistency, simplification & visibility of business processes.
  • Embracing new and existing change methodologies (Lean, Agile, Systems Thinking, Process Mining) and utilising these appropriately.
  • Providing training and coaching support for less experienced team members.
  • Actively engaging in the development & evolution of our own internal team practices & methodologies

SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE

  • Proven experience in business process analysis, re-engineering and improvement, experience in process / data mining would be beneficial
  • Qualified in Lean Six Sigma and/or CBAP, other relevant qualifications such as Prince 2 and APMP would be beneficial
  • Change methodology awareness such as : Design thinking, Agile, Systems Thinking
  • Proven analytical and problem solving skills
  • Experience in capturing complex business requirements and working with the business to scope, plan, initiate and deliver change, .
  • Proficiency in process mapping (ideally BPMN)
  • Excellent communication / collaboration / facilitation skills working across multiple locations
  • Understanding and proven delivery of estimating, tracking and demonstrating change, utilising Waterfall, Agile methodologies (or a hybrid of both)
  • Understanding and experience of supplementary technologies and methodologies such as offshoring, automation and other digital solutions would be an asset
  • Previous experience of working in an insurance or financial services based organisation beneficial.

We have a fantastic opportunity to join our Business Simplification Practice as a Senior Business Process Analyst, providing business process analysis expertise to support the delivery of change improvements across AZUK. You’ll have a passion for improving ways of working and operational efficiency, working alongside key stakeholders and local experts at all levels, you will have a thorough understanding of the approach to business process analysis and re-engineering (BPR) and champion the need to improve, simplify and digitalise change.
