The Role
You will be guiding a team of 5 people in the HR Business System team where you will work with a Tesla in-build platform and HR tools similar to Workday, Tableau, Workbench, Jira, Atlassian, Deputy, Air table. You will work closely to other HR leads from (HR Partnering, HR Ops and HR Payroll team and HR Recruitment, Learning Development and Training) and with our EMEA and Global Product stakeholders. Overall, you will be part of a bigger team known as HRIS where we have three teams - Business System, Workforce and People Analyst.

What You’ll Do

  • Develop and implement process improvement initiatives for HR and Recruitment team
  • Collaborate with cross-functional HR teams to implement process changes
  • Train employees on new processes and procedures
  • Monitor and measure process performance and report on progress
  • Identify and mitigate process risks and issues
  • Lead process improvement projects from start to finish
  • Collaborate with Product team to define business Problems and working on a solution
  • Leading the team on doing the UATs and maintain the Sox standards

What You’ll Bring

  • Proven work experience as a Process Manager or similar role
  • Excellent understanding of process improvement methodologies
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Engineering, or equivalent experience
  • Certification in process improvement methodologies such as Lean Six Sigma is a plus
  • Project management, Good Excel Skills, End to End Process Mapping
  • Figma, MS office, Workday, Lean 6 Sigma
  • English and German is must have
  • Background of Working in HRIS or with HR Process Development is must have
