Senior Business Process Analyst

JOB DESCRIPTION AND REQUIREMENTS

We are looking for a Senior Business Process Analyst who will work with the SG Business Operations Team to strengthen Synopsys’ royalty business model, drive and deploy tools for royalty tracking, drive and implement process changes jointly with the Finance and other internal business teams.
Through the development of processes and tools, we gather and analyze data, guiding complex decision-making in critical business areas such as project selection and detailed royalties execution analytics to facilitate senior management and executive decisions.
SG’s Solution Group Business Unit is reenforcing its Operations group to create a solid foundation on our processes and workflows to sustain our growth. We interact with all other groups (legal, sales, revenue recognition) to ensure efficient processes to allow a day to day management with real time data. SG operations also oversees the royalty related processes to ensure that every customer is reporting.

Main responsibilities:

• Define, implement and assist maintaining a system for Royalty Tracking
• Identify and implement opportunities of improvement in processes.
• Develop and implement data analytics and other strategies to showcase execution and forecasts
• Identify, examine, and interpret trends and/or patterns in complex data sets
• Work with cross-functional teams to deliver easy access to data for consumptions in several applications.

Key Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master´s Degree in Business Administration or Engineering is highly preferred.
• Detail-oriented.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving and organizational skills.
• Strong interpersonal and teamwork skills, collaborate with stakeholders and drive accountability.
• Able to interact with different levels of management and at various levels of the organization, also with different personality styles.
• High energy, initiative and creativity.
• Excellent English written and verbal communication skills.

Experience

• +7 years’ experience in Operations, Control Management roles
• Prior Operations experience is an advantage.
• Experience in dealing with Business Process Improvements.
• Strong Microsoft Excel and Power point skills.
• Power BI skills is a plus
