Senior Business/Revenue Analyst

JOB DESCRIPTION:

We’re in search of a seasoned finance professional with a keen eye for growth metrics that can provide valuable insights with regards to our commercial expansion. As our key metric is MRR, the goal of this person will be to deep dive into the mechanics of the business and perform analyses that will provide the Leadership team with clear conclusions with respect to ROI on various projects, as well as efficiency metrics when it comes to Sales and Marketing spend.

REQUIREMENTS:

About you

• Academic degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Economics or equivalent
• Min.5 years of experience in finance/commercial, ideally in SaaS environment
• Independent, solution-oriented and analytical thinking and working.
• Excellent time management skills with a strong ability to stay organized and meet financial deadlines.
• Proficient user of Excel and G-sheets (i.e. financial models and analysis)
• Strong understanding of SaaS Metrics
• Exceptional communication and English writing skills.
• Thrive in high-pressure, deadline-driven and multitasking scenarios.

What you’ll do

• Own MRR analysis per tier/category/cohort, etc
• Partner with other departments (Sales, Marketing, Product) in order to understand data quality and flow and expand current set of metrics (e.q. Customer Acquisition Cost, Lifetime Value, etc), as well as help them align their objectives and transposing those in MRR-related initiatives.
• Report on a monthly basis to the Leadership team key insights with regards to growth in order to adapt in real time the growth tactics
• Identify and address gaps in the current set-up for computing various metrics
• Foster a collaborative and high-performance culture within the finance department
