    We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Managed Services Presales Architect to join our growing team at Data#3. As a Senior Architect, you will play a pivotal role in our Sales and Presales teams, working collaboratively to create and deliver innovative Managed Service solutions based on pre-existing offerings that drive business growth and success. Your contributions will directly impact our ability to meet customer needs and achieve our strategic objectives.

Responsibilities:

  • Create the production of accurate and commercially viable Managed Service solutions for the Sales Teams
  • Participate in the tender response process for Managed Services tenders, ensuring that responses are completed on-time and in line with Data#3’s quality standards
  • Work closely with Account Executives and Managers across all business units to maximise business opportunities for Data#3, including:
  • Identify, consult and maximize on business opportunities with new customers
  • Identify customer needs leveraging your technical, business, ITIL and Managed Services product knowledge and experience to facilitate the provision of value solutions, within Data#3’s delivery capability
  • Negotiation of new contracts with customers including the creation of customer Statements of Work (SoW)
  • Build and deliver sales training, to ensure Account Executives are well versed in Managed Services products and services
  • Contribute to the definition and development of the Managed Services strategy
  • Accurately price solutions in line with Managed Services targets for revenue and margin Contribute to the on-going development of standard proposal templates for Managed Services proposals
  • Contribute to the on-going development of standardised tender response material and work proactively to ensure this material is available to the broader Presales Team.
