On behalf of our client, Procom Consultants Group is currently looking for a Senior Business System Analyst.
SENIOR BUSINESS SYSTEM ANALYST MANDATORY SKILLS
- Utilize Success Factors to solution and Improve human resource managementsystems, talent, performance and recruiting (on and off boarding) practices.
- Develop new applications/add-ons that help the organization to improve HRfunctions and integrations
- Consultant will be required to have Certification in EC module as a requirement, andany additional certifications is an added benefit.
Responsibilities:
- Transport bundle management and check tool
- Matrix relationship setup
- Maintain templates, on boarding/off boarding, understand and setup recruitmentroute maps, synchronization to incumbents
- Ability to understand and advise on SF Data Model updates and change
