• Conduct thorough analysis of trading company data within ERP BAAN, CRM, and Production Systems to identify gaps, inconsistencies, and areas for improvement
• Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business requirements and ensure data integrity and accuracy
• Provide support for data modifications within ERP BAAN, CRM, and Production Systems to facilitate successful CRM integration
• Work closely with technical teams to ensure seamless data transfer and integration processes
• Create comprehensive project and system-related user and technical documentation, including requirements specifications, process flows, data dictionaries, and user manuals
• Maintain documentation throughout the project lifecycle, ensuring accuracy and completeness
