Description:
Randstad Digital are currently seeking a Senior Business System Analyst for our client in the education sector as part of a larger financial system uplift.
In this role, you will be responsible for undertaking business analysis activities to convert business requirements into strategic system designs for large ERP systems (utilising mainly Oracle Peoplesoft). This includes collaborating with key stakeholders, championing cybersecurity practices, and leading project management for significant IT projects.
Key Responsibilities:
- Champion and enforce robust cybersecurity practices
- Collaborate with stakeholders to analyse business processes and propose innovative solutions
- Assess feasibility and recommend new approaches to meet customer requirements
- Prepare comprehensive business cases
- Lead project management for significant IT projects
- Provide senior technical advice, support, and mentoring to other team members
Requirements:
- Postgraduate qualifications in IT, business, or related field, or equivalent experience
- Significant experience in business analysis and requirements gathering across ERP platforms
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills
- Experience designing IT solutions within a large ERP platform
- Excellent written communication skills
- Unrestricted work rights in Australia for the duration of the appointment
- Consent to a criminal record check
