Connectivity, IFE and integrated platforms engineering support team is looking for a Cabin Connectivity Middle East candidate.
If you are curious, interested in developing yourself in a wide array of interesting and challenging subjects, and keen to be the voice and drumbeater of in-service support topics… This position is for YOU!
The jobholder will be responsible for the delivery of (first-in-class) cabin
connectivity regional engineering support to Airbus operators and will have the

following responsibilities:

  • Supporting and providing In-Service Engineering Support for High Bandwidth

Connectivity (HBCplus) customers in the Middle East region,

  • Making the sorting between off-board and on-board connectivity issue,
  • Contributing to the Maintenance recommendations to resolve issues in close

collaboration with airline maintenance & engineering teams, vendors and

Airbus customer care centre.

  • Assist the Airline as Technical Advisor (no maintenance to be performed on

A/C by the candidate)

  • Following-up and monitoring the service availability of the concerned fleet,
  • Identifying and capturing improvements and limitations dealing with HBCplus

Products.

COMPETENCES / SKILLS REQUESTED:

As the successful candidate you will be able to demonstrate some of the following competencies and skills:

  • Having a first experience in airline and/or having avionics background,
  • Able to analysis problems and find mitigations solutions / first level of

troubleshooting recommendations,

  • Team player, adaptable, flexible and open to continuing challenges,
  • Good mentoring and data driven skills,
  • Service minded and highly customer focus, able to understand customer

needs,

  • Good coordination and relational skills to deal with Customers, Design Offices, Vendors and other Airbus departments,
  • Good presentation skills, both oral and written.

Experience in supporting IFE & Cabin connectivity domains would be highly appreciated.
