Responsibilities:

  • Internal stakeholder management, work closely with Relationship Managers, Product Fulfilment, Global Derivative Reform Team, Credit, Legal & Compliance.
  • Provide efficient and timely on-boarding of new/existing fund client relationships to Westpac.
  • Manage front-office relationship for business requests in Fund on-boarding, CIV FM Onboarding and remediation.
  • Manage end-end client on-boarding process, ensuring due-diligence documentation is sourced and delivered to the WIB Operations teams
