Time for the next step in your Workers Comp Career? Our Comcare team are looking for someone wanting take advantage of progression opportunities and act as a leader within a high performing team.
Your new role
As a Senior Case Manager you will have the opportunity to do your best work as you take on responsibilities for the end-to-end management of claims under Comcare legislation. You will assist injured workers with their injury management and return to work plans whilst maintaining relationships built on trust with all stakeholders involved.

Your role will include:

  • Provide a range of coordinated high quality case management services for portfolios under the Safety, Rehabilitation and Compensation Act 1988 (SRC Act) and Comcare Regulatory requirements.
  • Contribute to improvements through proactively managed relationships, measured performance against expectations and contractual requirements, service standards and best practice delivery.
  • Prepare for, and participate in, cyclical events such as audits, claims review meetings, and association meetings.
  • Participate in the broader SRC Licensee Association and Committee meetings, such as Education Days, training events, conferences, etc.
  • Work in a senior capacity supporting day to day operations through mentorship and leadership activities, strategic and operational support.

You will also have:

  • Demonstrated experience in workers compensation case management, within a self-insurance/Comcare environment highly desirable.
  • Developed knowledge of workers compensation legislation, with the SRC Act 1988 highly desirable.
  • Professional experience in a fast-paced, customer-centric environment
  • A desire to uplift, educate and influence team members and customers.
