Your Role

As Symrise being a dynamic and innovative organization committed to delivering exceptional alcoholic beverages experiences with a focus on taste, nutrition, and health, we are seeking a highly motivated and experienced person to join our team in Nördlingen as a Senior Category Manager Alcoholic Beverages.

• You collaborate with the Category Director Cluster Beverages and shape the alcoholic beverages category strategy and market positioning, and seek for growth opportunities that push the boundaries of taste and delight our consumers.
• You manage category intelligence and provide insights for innovation.
• You take an active role in the innovation process and executing consumer-driven projects.
• You collaborate with various functions for innovation projects, using agreed-upon processes.
• You develop strategic partnerships for innovative product development and research.
• You represent the Category function within the Customer team for strategic activities and innovation.
• You team up with Market Clusters to execute key innovations, ensuring our alcoholic beverage creations shine on the EAME stage.
• You assess sales and profitability data, ensuring alignment with growth objectives.
• You engage with the vibrant Category & Market Management (C&MM) community, building bridges and fostering collaboration.
