Davidson Technology Recruitment is currently seeking an experienced Senior Change Manager / Change Lead to support a valued client in one of Australia’s largest customer migration projects. This role offers the opportunity to lead change initiatives and ensure seamless transitions for a significant customer base, while enjoying the benefits of the clients supportive environment, career development plans and competitive compensation packages.
About the Role
As Change Lead, you will be responsible for designing and developing the Change Framework across the customer migration project, as well as managing it and rolling it out.

Responsibilities include:

  • Develop and execute a comprehensive change management strategy for the migration project
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams (IT, operations, marketing, customer service) to define and implement migration plans
  • Lead the identification and analysis of potential risks and issues, and develop mitigation strategies
  • Establish clear communication channels to keep stakeholders informed and engaged
  • Ensure alignment of change management activities with the overall project plan
  • Develop and deliver training programs for employees to navigate the new platform
  • Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of change management activities and make necessary adjustment

  • Demonstrated expertise in overseeing significant change initiatives across large Enterprise customers
  • Proficient understanding of migration processes.
  • Exceptional leadership and communication abilities, enabling effective engagement with stakeholders across various levels.
  • Robust grasp of change management principles, methodologies, and tools.
  • Capability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with numerous concurrent priorities.
  • Effective analytical and problem-solving skills, including the capacity to recognise and tackle potential obstacles to changes
