Other roles & responsibilities will be:
- Implement and execute our WICD ‘Attract, Acquire, Grow & Retain’ building blocks: “winning with influencers” and digital lead generation via Paid and Unpaid Social Media, Marketing Automation, “winning the digital shelf” at Wholesalers’ ordering platforms, CRM system and loyalty program;
- Implement and embed Wholesaler Joint Business Planning and Solution Selling as part of WICD execution;
- Lead yearly WICD Operation Business Planning with participating markets;
- Track and follow-up WICD KPIs and align and enforce corrective actions when needed;
- Build WICD Sales Capabilities through WICD Centers of Excellence in above mentioned building blocks;
- Build strong relationships with cross-functional teams;
- Manage campaigning budgets, improve ROI campaigns year-on-year;
- Adapt and implement WICD strategy and ways of working to latest market development, ensuring future proofing and staying ahead of digital and e-commerce trends
