We work on plenty of complex, large-scale infrastructure projects, with an opportunity to bring new ideas, innovation and thinking to the table. This role will see you developing and maintaining positive and productive client relationships, using your stakeholder management skills to engage your clients, project partners and your own project team. You’ll also provide day-to-day technical leadership, support and guidance to your own teams, coaching and mentoring our engineers to improve their skills and deliver excellence.

- You’ll be a technically astute engineer with relevant experience in the NZ regulatory environment.
- With strong project lead and relationship building capabilities, your experience will span from proposals through to project delivery.
- Your excellent technical skills will be matched by your ability to build meaningful client relationships and you’ll be a confident communicator with the willingness to help out at every level.
- You’ll also support by coaching and developing the next generation of civil engineers, so people leadership experience is important.
