THE COMPANY

This is a long-established consultancy that delivers clever and practical urban development solutions across Victoria.
The current construction team of five is being nurtured by a senior leader in the business. To allow that person to focus more strategically, we are looking for a Construction Engineer to provide technical input, to run their own project portfolio and to provide guidance to the team.
The role – day to day

Day to day will change as the role develops and you establish yourself in the group. You’ll be broadly covering the duties below:

• Conduct site inspections
• Review engineering designs for constructability
• Managing construction phase of projects – mostly land development.
• Contract admin
• Issue notifications to Water Authorities & Contractors to enable works
• Liaise with Clients, Contractors, Sub-Contractors, relevant Authorities
