ABOUT YOU
You will be a highly experienced Senior Structural Engineer looking for a role with a focus on growing and developing the business through existing works and liaising with a wide variety of current clients to partner with future projects. You will have experience in the areas of Oil & Gas, Renewables, Mining, Infrastructure and other heavy industries and be technically adept in steel structures, concrete and minor civil works (i.e. earthworks, drainage, access roads).
Responsibilities:
The role offers an opportunity to truly partner within a collaborative multidiscipline team, working with a diverse range of clients on greenfield and brownfields projects.
Key skills you will bring to the role are:
- Extensive experience predominantly in the Structural engineering space including structural analysis of steel structures, industrial structures and platforms, pipe racks and supports, gantry cranes, plateworks, concrete slabs and footings, machine stands and equipment skids, experience in civil engineering (i.e. earthworks, drainage, access roads) would be considered as an advantage
- Ability to independently review tender packages and manage projects to completion.
- Proven ability to work in a busy and proactive team through design, review and approval of works.
- Proven communication and client relationship skills internally and externally.
- High proficiency in Structural engineering design and documentation from scheme through to construction stage.
- Assist in the development and application of engineering and design standards, systems and processes.
- RPEQ registration or working towards obtaining the registration would be an advantage
