Description:

As a senior clerk at National Bank Insurance, you will showcase your ability to work in synergy with the Bank’s various sectors and partners. You will use your excellent customer service skills and proactivity to handle administrative needs and respond to requests from clients and partners.

Responsibilities:

  • Independently perform various administrative tasks, gathering information, research, and verifications.
  • Scan claims documents, requiring your presence at the office 2 to 3 days a week.
  • Respond adequately to requests from customers and partners by offering professional and courteous service.
  • Manage multiple emails inboxes.
  • Produce reports to perform various tasks and ensure follow-ups.
  • Conduct research and follow-ups for colleagues.
  • Identify problematic situations and collaborate to resolve issues autonomously with different sectors.
  • Propose optimization ideas for the continuous improvement of our operations.
