QUALIFICATIONS

As a Senior Client Partner, you will own the Publicis Sapient Account Plan and cultivate a 360-degree relationship with your clients, effectively managing existing and new projects. Your focus will be on achieving mutually beneficial outcomes for both PS and our clients, shaping proposals, and negotiating agreements to drive success.
Your entrepreneurial spirit will come into play as you develop a relationship map and 3-5-year vision and strategy to sell the full PS portfolio. Your keen ability to spot opportunities for cross-selling and leveraging our horizontals, services, solutions, and capabilities will further drive success.
You’ll be a valuable part of the Global Client Partner community, contributing to strategies, best practices, case studies, and education. Additionally, your leadership will extend to managing PS internal stakeholders and building a dedicated and virtual team of experts to align our offerings with client priorities.

Key Skills & Experiences:

  • Minimum 10 years of industry and professional services experience with a track record of success and growth as an account manager or client partner.
  • Having prior experience of working in and understanding Retail, CPG and Digital Commerce sectors will be advantageous.
  • Experience in sales and business development with large and global clients, and executive presence to build relationship at C-level.
  • Passionate about people, leadership, equality, and societal impact.
  • Foster deeper relationships with customer CXOs (beyond the CIO) through marketing campaigns, thought leadership activities, account references, and PR/media opportunities.
  • Strong global leadership capability to manage teams and drive change while inspiring and developing others.
  • A continuous learning mindset, with a drive for personal evolution and excellence, embracing learning agility and adaptability.
  • Flexibility to work in a hybrid WFH, office, and travel environment as needed to excel in the role.
