As the Subject Matter Expert (SME) within the Providence Behavioral Health Network, the Senior Manager Behavioral Health is responsible for the overall day-to-day operations and management pertaining to Clinical Therapy staffing, Clinical Therapy staff competency, Clinical Therapy evidence-based program implementation, and patient mental health safety.

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:

• Master’s Degree In a Clinical Field.
• upon hire: Alaska Clinical Social Worker License. Or
• upon hire: Alaska Professional Counselor License. Or
• upon hire: Alaska Marriage and Family Therapist License. Or
• upon hire: Alaska Psychologist License.
• 10 or more years Supervisor Experience.
• 10 or more years clinical experience working in Behavioral Health Setting.
• Experience with Electronic Medical Records.
