The salary for this permanent Senior Clinical Psychologist job is £60,000 per annum plus £6,000 welcome bonus!
Requirements of the Senior Clinical Psychologist:
- Doctorate in Clinical Psychology (or equivalent) accredited by BPS
- Proficient communication skills at all levels
- Capacity to gather, analyse, and interpret complex multi-factorial clinical data
- Strong interpersonal skills to navigate complex emotional subjects
- Exceptional organisational abilities
- Skill in prioritizing workloads effectively
- Proficiency in administering and interpreting various psychometric test
Responsibilities:
- Conducting comprehensive psychological assessments for our clients, utilising a variety of tools including psychological and neuropsychological tests, self-report measures, structured observations, and stakeholder interviews.
- Providing expert psychological input to the multidisciplinary team in formulating tailored therapeutic strategies and intervention plans suited to each individual’s needs.
- Conducting thorough psychological risk assessments and devising effective risk management strategies for relevant clients, while offering guidance and support to team members as needed.
- Engaging actively in Multi-disciplinary Team meetings focused on refining and advancing clinical services delivery and development.
