SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE:

• 3 – 5 years of experience in a similar role
• Strong experience in Office 365 implementation + email migration tools e.g. SkyKick, Quest, etc.
• Strong experience with Microsoft Azure platform
• Strong understanding of infrastructure AD, DNS and DHCP;
• Background in networking and network security
• Experience with VMWare
• Superior organisational skills with a drive to complete time-critical work
• Great people skills with an ability to build and maintain strong relationships with colleagues, clients & vendors.
• One of the following certifications (preferred): Microsoft 365 Certified: Enterprise Administrator Expert, Microsoft 365 Certified: Modern Desktop Administrator Associate, Microsoft Certified: Azure Administrator Associate
• Certified in Terraform (strongly preferred)
• Citrix XenApp and XenDesktop experience (preferred)

ABOUT THE ROLE

You will be responsible for delivering against a range of IT requirements in a varied role. Assisting in driving revenue by providing your service skills and expertise and creating long-term partnerships with clients through successful delivery and communication. This Senior Cloud Solutions consultant will be responsible for the implementation and migration of Office 365, including Exchange Online, SharePoint Online, including Enterprise Voice capabilities. You will be able to demonstrate consistent experience in networking and technical skills and exhibit strong project management and communication skills.

DUTIES:

• Providing technical pre-sales support across the globe. This involves dealing with different types of business opportunities and working with Solution Architects for designing and validate solution designs for these opportunities
• Consulting on service solutions as well as supporting clients during and post-on-boarding
• Implementation and migration of Office 365 and associated services
• Implementation of service on Azure cloud
• Bringing in revenue against set targets as an engagement solution consultant by providing high-quality technical solutions and exemplary customer service
