SENIOR CLUSTER M&E PLANNING EXECUTIVE

A Senior Meeting & Events (M&E) Planning Executive will actively plan and organize large scale, international events as well as national & local events within the cluster hotels. You will ensure a smooth-running operation for our customers and their events and you will maximize revenue by upselling our products to existing client events inhouse.

Responsibilities:

A Senior Meeting & Events (M&E) Planning Executive will actively plan and organize large scale, international events as well as national & local events within the cluster hotels. You will ensure a smooth-running operation for our customers and their events and you will maximize revenue by upselling our products to existing client events inhouse. The Senior Meeting & Events (M&E) Planning Executive will interact frequently with customers and guests to learn about their needs and develop relationships from which to earn repeat and expanded business. Specifically, you will be responsible for performing the following tasks to the highest standards:

  • Ensure a smooth planning and understanding of the client’s requirements
  • Build strong relationships with customers to fully understand their needs
  • Focus on a consistently executed up-selling approach
  • Arrange and carry out Hotel show rounds
  • Participate in hotel promotional activities
  • Maintain a high standard within our banqueting event orders
  • High level of communication skills, internally and with stakeholders of the client and their event
