THE OPPORTUNITY
Supporting Bupa’s ambition to be Australia-Pacific’s most customer-centric healthcare company, we are moving towards a Content as a Service (CaaS) model. Our content vision is to provide people with personalised and relevant content when, where and how they need it. To help ensure success, we are looking for a specialist to set the foundations for our content modelling approach.
We are seeking a skilled content professional to manage and optimise our digital content within our Content Management System (CMS), Sitecore. This role involves guiding new teams on using existing components, setting up proper content structures, overseeing content quality and playing a key role in content governance.
As the demand for strategic content management grows, the role must evolve beyond daily tasks to a broader focus on content strategy across the organisation. This includes making content discoverable and reusable, avoiding duplication, and accommodating various business domains.
This is a permanent full-time role which offers flexible hybrid working arrangements.
SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE
- Proficiency in headless content management and supporting CMS.
- Strong experience with Sitecore is essential in this role.
- Experience managing enterprise content models, structures and frameworks.
- Content governance and reporting
- Authoring documentation and showcase sites.
- Strong stakeholder management skills.
Responsibilities:
- Content Structure Management including the development and maintenance of content structures in Sitecore.
- The training and onboarding of new content authors on Sitecore.
- Support and maintenance including handling content author feedback, enhancement and bug triaging.
- Content governance and reporting
- The creation and management of documentation and guidelines
- Quality Assurance Testing
