KEY SKILLS REQUIRED OF THE SENIOR COMMERCIAL ASSOCIATE

• The successful Senior Commercial Associate will have 5+ years PQE experience advising on commercial contracts and acting on a wide range of commercial matters.
• Good understanding of commercial laws and regulations.
• Comfortable with multi-jurisdictional transactions and working with international clients.
• The ability to manage and prioritise own workload.
