A leading Advertising Agency is seeking a Senior Commercial Manager to join their business in order to provide commercial support to their CEO and Senior Management team whilst overseeing the local finance teams for Australia &
New Zealand.
Duties will include, but not be limited to:
- Working with your Regional CFO, local CEO and Senior Management team to understand each strategic objective and business plan.
- Managing appropriate KPIs for the budget period to allow for effective benchmarking and comparison.
- Client and supplier contract analysis and implementation.
- Working with their Senior Management Team to develop both accountability and commercial awareness across the business.
- Developing increasingly competitive pricing models.
- Working with senior management to introduce stronger commercial managment reporting tools and reports.
- Sign off of all budgets/ forecasts, and regional reports.
- Continuous process improvement for all financial and commerical operating systems.
- Supervising and inspiring your finance team.
Applicants should be CA or CPA Qualified with 5 - 10 years commercial accounting experience. You should have exceptional stakeholder management skills to help commercialise the Agency. A preference will be given to candidates with Advertising and/or Media Agency experience, although not essential.
