Job Description Summary: What do you need to know about the role: We are seeking a highly driven senior commercial manager to join the APAC SMB team. They will be responsible portfolio management and driving SMB commercial initiatives across APAC.
Job Description:

• Develop a deep understanding of the SMB business across APAC and growth drivers
• Actively drive SMB commercial strategy and lead discussions with in market teams to drive revenue and margin growth
• Monitor key metrics and KPIs to track progress against growth goals and provide regular reporting to senior leadership
• Collaborate closely with product, marketing, sales, support, finance, and in market leaders to prioritize and execute the introduction and adoption of new offerings, cross-sell and upsell into the user base, and enable optimizations
• Understand the end-to-end customer journey, and use qualitative and data-driven insights to segment, measure, and optimize the performance of growth initiatives
• Stay informed about industry best practices, emerging trends, and new technologies related to product growth and user acquisition
