YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES WILL INCLUDE:

  • Execute high-quality sales campaigns across commercial, retail, and industrial assets.
  • Identify and target potential commercial clients, leveraging existing networks and prospecting strategies.
  • Develop and implement sales strategies to surpass revenue targets effectively.
  • Conduct comprehensive market research to remain informed about industry trends and competitor activities.
  • Cultivate and sustain robust relationships with key decision-makers, providing tailored expertise to meet their needs.
  • Collaborate with internal teams, including Property Management, to ensure smooth project execution and client contentment.
  • Prepare and deliver persuasive sales proposals, conduct negotiations, and manage contracts proficiently
