Description:

BASIC REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:

10 years oil market experience – strong working knowledge of crude and refined product knowledge.
Ability to present to senior level executives both virtually and in-person while also possessing excellent written communication skills.
Consultative approach to client and prospect engagement in an effort to help understand use cases and foster detailed needs assessments.
Collaborative mindset with an ability to work effectively with a diverse group of stake-holders.

ADDITIONAL PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:

Bachelor’s degree.
Background in the oil industry or with a market research provider strongly preferred.

Responsibilities:

RESPONSIBILITIES AND IMPACT:

Work closely with users to raise awareness of key deliverables that will help them solve business problems.
Achieve net sales and retention targets for a roster of named accounts. Some New Logo prospecting is also required.
Stay abreast of market developments to help foster more dynamic and informed discussions with clients.
Partner with Commercial Managers to develop and execute on client account plans in an effort to foster a collaborative client relationship where needs are assessed and solutions are offered to help clients make better and more informed business decisions.
Communicate client requests and feedback to Product and Research in an effort to build better deliverables and improve our service.
Compensation/Benefits Information: (This section is only applicable to US candidates)
S&P Global states that the anticipated base salary range for this position is $100,000 to $195,000. Final base salary for this role will be based on the individual’s geographic location, as well as experience level, skill set, training, licenses and certifications.
In addition to base compensation, this role is eligible for an annual incentive plan.
