One (1) ongoing Senior Communications Adviser Grade 5 position is being offered in the Corporate Affairs Branch, Strategic Development and Customer Engagement Division, Melbourne CBD

To be successful in this role, you will have:
- Significant experience in corporate communications, with a strong background in writing corporate materials through a collaborative process and with strict deadlines.
- Proven experience in developing and implementing multi-channel communication strategies, initiatives and campaigns to successfully drive behavioural change.
- High level writing, editing, and proofing skills for a range of audiences and communication channels.

Responsibilities:
Reporting to the Branch Manager Corporate Affairs, you will be responsible for:
- Developing and implementing strategic communication and engagement plans and activities to support change management and drive behavioural change and awareness.
- Ensuring media enquiries are responded to promptly, relationships are fostered, and identify opportunities to promote initiatives via successful media campaigns.
- Working collaboratively with stakeholders to write, edit and proof written material, including web content, to ensure it meets customer needs, is accurate, grammatically correct, clear, concise and consistent, and is consistent in tone and message
