Responsibilities:

  • Communication Strategy: Lead, develop, and execute comprehensive internal communications strategies for transformation and strategic initiatives, as well as for the acquisition and integration of new companies.
  • Engagement and Understanding: Build creative and compelling internal communications plans that foster understanding and engagement with strategic initiatives among both existing and newly acquired employees.
  • Collaboration: Work in partnership with Ideagen’s internal and external communications teams to ensure aligned and consistent timing and messaging in line with the corporate narrative.
  • Project Management: Own the delivery of internal communications plans from initiation to completion, managing all communication channels, collateral, and other deliverables such as Town Halls and microsites.
  • Relationship Building: Develop strong relationships with key stakeholders across different teams, including Integrations, Transformation, HR, regional and functional teams, and the Senior Leadership Team (SLT).

Skills and Experience:

  • Proven Track Record: Demonstrated success in managing large-scale global transformation projects.
  • M&A Understanding: Familiarity with M&A processes and the subsequent employee engagement requirements is highly advantageous.
  • Stakeholder Management: Strong partnership and stakeholder management skills with experience in influencing senior-level global stakeholders.
  • Technical Expertise: Proficiency in a suite of communication technologies and O365 tools, with a willingness to be hands-on in using these to support communication objectives.
  • Project Management: Strong project and change management experience, with excellent organisational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to follow through on tasks.
  • Adaptability: Comfortable working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adaptable to change.
