Responsibilities:

This position will focus on strategic executive and internal communication initiatives that drive business priorities, support diversity, equity and inclusion (DE&I) initiatives and advance employee engagement for the Offices of the Chief Executive Officer as well as the Chief Communications Officer. The incumbent will work at 150 East 42nd Street in New York, NY and is required to be in the office 3 days a week. The Wells Fargo job profile is Senior Communications Consultant.

In this role, you will:

  • Write and edit key messages, blogs, newsletters, and talking points
  • Assist with leader town halls, including event invitations, distribution lists and feedback reporting
  • Execute communications strategies to drive business priorities, support DE&I initiatives and advance employee engagement
  • Identify internal/external storytelling opportunities that promote leaders and key initiatives
  • Work with the CCO’s directs and the Office of the CEO to ensure messaging aligns with strategy
  • Assist with administrative operations within Communications & Integrated marketing, including writing and distributing emails and newsletters, list management, PowerPoint presentation development, and the like
  • Track and measure results to ensure they are in line with intended outcomes and business objectives
  • Offer insights and influence decision-making based on risk or reputational matters

Office Location & Pay Range:

  • 150 East 42nd Street - New York, NY ($87,700 to $155,900)
