Responsibilities:

The SCM will work closely with the NCHA Director and core team to drive strategic communications for the Centre aligned to the business objectives. The position will also act as the key liaison point between the Centre and the partner organisations’ Marketing and Communications Teams to ensure broad alignment with Monash University and Peninsula Health’s strategies and channels.
The SCM will be primarily responsible for developing and implementing NCHA’s annual strategic communications and marketing plan. This includes measurable, targeted outreach strategies to create audience growth and engagement, promoting the Centre’s business objectives and outcomes, and positioning the NCHA Director and researchers as ‘thought leaders’ and experts in their field. This includes managing strategies and campaigns across key marketing channels, including the NCHA website, social media channels, multi-media, e-newsletters, publications, conference and industry marketing channels, and media.
