Description:

Responsibilities:

  • Bachelor’s or master’s degree in communications or marketing.
  • At least 8-10+ years of experience in working in a global / international company communications role e.g. communications manager role or marketing manager type of role.
  • Proven track record of knowledge of communication strategy creation, global communication roadmap creation, development, and execution in global context.
  • Experience in employer and customer communication, close working experience with marketing team. Communication experience related to brand strategy and creation.
  • Proven experience in a senior communications role.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills with global teams.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Familiarity with different communication platforms.
  • Excellent skills in English and Finnish. Other languages, like Swedish are a plus.
  • Be available when needed.
    As a person you have an ability to collaborate, lead with diversely skilled teams and external partners, as well as negotiate and resolve communication matters effectively. You are proactive, creative and ideate and you meet tight deadlines, and you work well under pressure. You also have strong problem-solving skills to solve problems and work in a diverse team and see solutions rather than problems.
