OVERVIEW
To process the payroll function in order to secure its efficient operations while abiding by the rules & regulations of the division. Ensure compensation and benefits plans are cost-effective and competitive by keeping abreast of the compensation and benefits trends in the field.
ACADEMIC EDUCATION & PROFESSIONAL CERTIFICATIONS
- BA in Accounting
- HR Certification is a plus
- 3 – 5 years of experience in Payroll
- Exposure to HR is a plus
SKILLS & COMPETENCIES
- Excellent command of Excel computer skills
- JDE Payroll Software knowledge is a plus
- Very Good Reporting skills
- General Knowledge in accounting principles
- Knowledge of Income & NSSF taxations
- Knowledge of Labor Law
