STAFF FUNCTION PEOPLE & CULTURE IS LOOKING FOR A NEW SENIOR COMPENSATION & BENEFITS SPECIALIST WITHIN VATTENFALL.
Vattenfall is looking for the right person to fill the position as Senior Compensation & Benefits Specialist Germany. The position reports to the Director Compensation & Benefits. The main responsibility for Compensation & Benefits is to develop and drive the Compensation & Benefit agenda for Vattenfall. The Compensation & Benefits team consists of, in addition to the Director C&B, Country leads for Sweden, Germany and The Netherlands respectively and C&B Specialists, all in all 14 persons.

Responsibilities:
In your role you will provide guidance and expertise on key compensation and benefits matters to ensure our company remains competitive for talent attraction, engagement and retention. You will collaborate with HR and Business leaders to ensure the implementation and management of compensation and benefits programs (e.g. ASR/STI) in Germany consistent with the global C&B strategy and key business needs. As member of the International Vattenfall team of Compensation & Benefits, you also will participate in various projects. Together with the People Service organization you ensure smooth and efficient processes to improve our “ways of working”.
One important part of the role and the C&B team in Germany is to secure together in alignment with other departments (e.g. Legal) compliant processes for reward elements for Executives (incl. Managing Directors) and their corresponding terms and conditions.
