JOB SUMMARY

We are seeking a highly experienced and results-oriented Senior Completion and Well Intervention Engineer to join our team. You will play a critical role in designing, planning, and executing well completion and intervention operations to optimize production and ensure well integrity for our clients research and innovation initiatives.

• Minimum Qualification: Degree
• Experience Level: Entry level
• Experience Length: 3 years

QUALIFICATIONS

• Bachelor’s degree in Petroleum Engineering or a related field (Masters degree will be an added advantage)
• Proven experience in well completion and intervention engineering
• Proven track record of successfully designing, planning, and executing well completion and intervention operations.
• Strong understanding of wellbore completion equipment, well intervention techniques, and wellbore integrity principles.
• Experience with wellbore completion and intervention software (a plus)
• Excellent communication, collaboration, leadership, and problem-solving skills

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Lead the design, planning, and execution of well-completed and intervention operations for research and innovation projects.
• Select and recommend appropriate completion equipment and well intervention techniques based on wellbore conditions and project objectives.
• Perform wellbore integrity assessments to ensure safe and efficient operations.
• Analyze well data to optimize completion fluid selection and ensure wellbore stability.
• Collaborate with Petrophysicists, reservoir engineers, and other stakeholders to ensure successful project execution.
• Develop and implement innovative completion and intervention strategies to support research and development activities.
• Manage and mentor junior engineers involved in completion and well intervention operations.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest advancements in well completion and intervention technologies.
