KEY REQUIREMENTS:
- University Degree
- Strong knowledge of regulatory compliance and well familiar on the MAS regulations for payment institutions
- Team player and able to work independently
- Experience with e-commerce, payment or financial services
- Knowledge of CMSL license regulatory requirements will be an advantage

Responsibilities:
ABOUT THE SENIOR COMPLIANCE ADVISOR ROLE:
In this role, you will be responsible for establishing and implementing the compliance programme to ensure that the business complies with the regulations.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Provides advisory to key stakeholders on regulatory and licensing queries for the payment institutionIdentify the compliance regulatory risk and acts as a point of escalation for any breaches to the business
- Review the compliance framework, policies and procedures and ensure that it complies with the regulations
- Assist with any submission, regulatory enquiries, audits in the organisation
- Conduct training and risk assessments
To succeed in this Senior Compliance Advisor role, you will need to have at least seven years of experience in regulatory compliance.
