Description:
UP TO $900 PER DAY + SUPER
- 6-month Contract Role
Our client is a large NSW Government Organisation who are seeking a Senior Compliance & Assessment Officer to join their team.
Provide timely, efficient, and accountable determinations on matters referred for assessment for possible breaches of NSW legislation administered by Better Regulation for the protection of the public, business and communities of NSW.

Responsibilities:
- Assess matters, adhering to procedures and statutory framework, and using required administrative processes and systems, to meet specified timeframes
- Develop and maintain productive relationships with a wide range of both internal and external stakeholders to share information
- Provide supervision and guidance to team members to build capability to deliver innovative regulatory services and ensure all regulatory activities are undertaken for the protection of the NSW community
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge and understanding of relevant legislation, policy and procedure to demonstrate exemplary regulatory practice to the NSW Community
