Senior Compliance - Your Role :
Ensuring the company remains compliant with regulations by managing and applying compliance policies and procedures.
Working in close coordination with the Conducting Officer to uphold relevant standards and regulations.
Carrying out routine compliance inspections, including AML (anti-money laundering) checks and KYC (Know Your Customer) procedure oversight.
Overseeing due diligence processes for new investments and business alliances, ensuring they meet legal and regulatory obligations.
Contributing to the creation and execution of compliance training programs for the company’s staff.
Senior Compliance - Your Profile:
Bilingual in French and English. German or Luxembourgish a plus.
At least 3 years’ experience in an FSP in the field of compliance.
Bachelor’s and Master’s degrees in law required
