Job Description
Based in London, we’re looking for a Compliance Lead to lead a team of compliance managers and specialists. In your role, you will be responsible for creating global policy standards for Wise Group, seeking out ways in which we can continuously improve and support our compliance teams around the world. You will also develop our global compliance training strategy. You will partner with our People team and our designers to deliver our regulatory training to our Wisers and lead our compliance specialists, supporting them to deliver best in class training to our Wisers.
You will work with our Compliance Officers around the world. You will be a pro at stakeholder management, have a passion and interest in international regulation and be adept at spotting common requirements where we can support our teams around the world with their compliance obligations.

- Develop an in-depth knowledge of Wise’s business and deliver change globally
