Responsibilities:

Wells Fargo is seeking a Senior Compliance Specialist in Corporate Risk as part of the CIB Compliance Initiatives and Solutions team. Learn more about the career areas and lines of business at wellsfargojobs.com .

In this role, you will:

  • Gather and analyze information for compliance processes and initiatives, prepare presentations and introduce format and process improvements
  • Draft and revise content such as procedures, controls, processes
  • Identify opportunities to enhance compliance processes
  • Interpret policies, procedures, and compliance requirements
  • Collaborate and consult with peers, colleagues and managers to resolve issues and achieve goals
  • Creating decks for senior leadership for various compliance processes, programs, or initiatives
