Parsons is looking for a Computer Systems Engineer/Architect, Senior to join our team supporting the United States Cyber Command (USCYBERCOM)! In this role you will help USCYBERCOM design, integrate and synchronize cyber tools, capabilities, and programs into a cohesive platform that supports the cyber mission force in conducting activities across multiple warfighting domains.

WHAT REQUIRED SKILLS YOU’LL BRING:

  • MS Degree with 8+ years relevant experience or BS with 10+ years relevant experience. For the exceptional candidate, 14+ years relevant experience may be substituted for a degree.
  • MS or BS degree must be in STEM program, Engineering Management or related discipline from an accredited college or university.
  • An active TS/SCI with polygraph or ability to obtain and maintain one in a timely matter ,

WHAT DESIRED SKILLS YOU’LL BRING:

  • USCYBERCOM experience, or experience supporting service level (Army, Navy, Air Force, Marines) or DoD Agency (DISA, DIA) cyber activities.
  • Software or Cyber-related acquisition experience.
  • Experience working with software development teams, network architecture teams and system engineer teams to achieve unified outcomes and deliverables.
  • Knowledge of Systems Engineering, Digital Engineering, Model Based Enterprise Architecture, and Department of Defense Architecture Framework (DoDAF) best practices.
  • Knowledge of Information Technology Infrastructure Library (ITIL) standards

Responsibilities:

  • Perform system design and integration functions across multiple, disparate program offices.
  • Perform enterprise system architecture development and planning.
  • Work with stakeholders from across the DoD Cyber community and military services
  • Map and decompose end-user requirements to hardware and software system features and contractual requirements.
  • Develop integration and operating standards for hardware and software,
  • Conduct feasibility studies to justify IT investments.
  • Develop a wide spectrum of system engineering documents, drawings and graphics, quality assurance plans, risk management plans, configuration management plans, and other system engineering or development related products using DODAF, UAF, and similar models.
  • Provide system engineering support throughout the software development lifecycle.
  • Assist with the testing and evaluation of systems and software.
